INTRODUCING GALAXY STUDIOS AND GALAXY STUDIOS FILM DEPARTMENT

Galaxy Studios in Mol stands out for over 25 years as one of the most driving residential audio-studio complexes of this day, both in technology and creativity. Specialized in every audio-surround format, it's combination of three high-tech studios, outstanding multi-functional recording spaces, state-of-the art mastering suite and several quality editing suites makes it a vibrant center of recording and mixing arts.

Since entering the film post-production market, the image & audio-post department of Galaxy Studios has gained a solid reputation in the Benelux. To serve our clients even better, the Galaxy Group opened a second Baselight coloring and grading studio in the heart of Brussels, offering you the high standards we are known for.

Our experienced and international staff will help you create any film or broadcast related project in both 2D and 3D and they take pride in pushing the envelope to a level where technology serves creativity to become true art. Our staff takes a personal approach in carrying out the smoothest sessions. GALAXY STUDIOS: POST-PRODUCTION IN 3D IMAGE & 3D SOUND

3D STEREOSCOPIC IMAGE
With the opening of the Brussels facility we entered the fascinating world of 3D post-production and are currently in post-production on the first Dutch spoken 3D stereoscopic feature 'AMPHIBIOUS' by production company Fu-Works. For 2010 we have 2 more 3D post-productions to finish and we are looking forward to this.

3D SOUND
Galaxy Studios is a reference studio and pioneer in 3D sound since 2006. It was the home for the development of the AURO 3D format and acted as the research lab for this exciting new standard. We developed specialized 3D microphones for easy and efficient recording of AURO 3D on film sets. The 3D stereoscopic feature 'AMPHIBIOUS' will be the first production combining 3D picture and AURO 3D sound. The revolutionary AURO 3D codec also allows the reproduction of true 3D sound in existing technology and standard formats.
